About Us

Cero the business, our online zero waste shop started just a couple of months ago, but Cero the lifestyle has been something I have always aimed towards, most of the time without being aware. My Cero lifestyle became apparent whilst on our honeymoon in Chile, although we aren't married yet, we like to do things differently and had the chance to go on a holiday of a lifetime, so we took it and called it our honeymoon, due to the pandemic we are still waiting to get married but there's no rush.

Whilst in Chile we were stripped of our luxuries, of our "English ways" and my partner and I both vowed to live a more sustainable lifestyle when we got back home. We completely immersed ourselves whilst away, we got to live with the locals and really understand their way of life and we were beyond impressed. If I ever had the chance I would live a happy, sustainable life over there, but for now we're back in England, Yorkshire to be more precise and we're working towards a more Chilean lifestyle,
or rather our Cero lifestyle. Whilst Cero is our new online zero waste store, our website blog will follow our progress into a fully sustainable life.

The aim for Cero is to promote the conscious lifestyle, no matter what your journey is more focused towards (ours is reducing waste) just by being more conscious you can really make a difference. Here at Cero we want to offer everyone a zero waste alternative for all your cupboard essentials and we are constantly reviewing and building up our stock offerings.

Cero is built with a calm mind, just like the Chileans would. Although we process orders efficiently we are much more mindful that we really need to slow down and appreciate life more. After a long flight and hopping into the taxi with our tour guide who calmly looked at us, asked where we were from and then turned around and said "England is lovely but you all work too hard and it's too fast over there" it really hit me, and when we immersed ourself into Chilean life we really
appreciated how stressed our lives had become, and we want to help others to sloooow down and enjoy life with us.

In short, I wouldn't call us a business, we're just a small family who want to help our planet in any way we can and who care about our customers receiving the best products, in the best packaging and with the best service💙
